How Oktiva collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or request a service.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Who we are

Oktiva Services Group LLC (“Oktiva,” “we,” “us”) is a property services company based in Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit oktivagroup.com (the “Website”), contact us, or request a service.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to coordinate the work you ask for.

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, role (for example, owner or property manager), property address, the service you need, project details, and any access notes you include in our forms or send us by email or phone.
  • Technical information sent with forms: the IP address and time of each submission, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.
  • Server logs: like most websites, our hosting servers automatically record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use these logs for security and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics, only with your consent: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the Website, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device, and browser. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

3. How we use your information

  • To answer your questions and prepare estimates.
  • To schedule, coordinate, and perform the services you request.
  • To communicate with you about your requests, jobs, and invoices.
  • To improve the Website and our services.
  • To protect the Website against spam, fraud, and abuse.
  • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as described here:

  • Vendors and technicians: when you request a service, we share the details needed to do the job (such as your name, contact information, property address, and access notes) with the vendors or technicians we assign to it.
  • Service providers: companies that host our website and email (such as Hostinger and Google) and, if you consent, Google Analytics. They process information on our behalf.
  • Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Oktiva, our customers, or others.
  • Business changes: if Oktiva is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Website does not use advertising cookies. It uses the following:

  • Essential — oktiva_consent: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies. Expires after 6 months.
  • Analytics, optional — _ga and _ga_<ID>: set by Google Analytics only if you select “Accept analytics.” Used to measure visits and improve the Website. Expire after up to 2 years.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to an inquiry, to keep records of the services we performed, or to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

  • Access, correct, or delete: email us to request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep records we are required to keep by law.
  • Analytics: accept or reject analytics cookies at any time with “Cookie settings.”
  • Email: if we ever send you marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Children’s privacy

The Website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other websites

The Website may link to other websites and services, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
